First Story Board - Puppet Animation
1. Here is my first story board, I didn't feel comfortable to carry on with this as my final animation, however I have included this story board below:
- I would have start this animation when you see a feather float into a river and change the colour from black to a milky sepia tone, this would add quite a nice effect to the animation which is one thing I personally liked about this, was indeed the simplistic colour and range of the animation.
- I would carry on with the seeing of the three brothers and when they have to cross the bridge, until once they reach the other side they are met with Death. I would maybe end this animation where we see the three brother's with there prizes from crossing the bridge. This would then leave me at 1 minute, 40 seconds.

Below are my own interpretations of these photos in my own storyboard:
- This is my storyboard for the puppet animation, and below is the annotations for each individual photograph. Here, I thought about the film in this case it was Harry Potter, and decided to create a story board on what scene I wanted to recreate. I decided to type my notes down instead of physically writing them out onto the storyboard this would then preserve the finer detail of the storyboard. When I was deciding on what to recreate the characters out of I thought of doing it by drawings or by digital aspects. For the sound production, I would've used similar sounds to in the clip itself; however I would use crow noises too, to give it that extra eerie feel towards the animation.
- This was the first part to my storyboard.
It starts off with a feather from a crow or a raven falling into a beautiful, soft river. Then we are greeted by the the three brothers who are met by the river in which they need to cross, however as they are learned in the magical arts, the three brothers made a bridge across the river and are soon met by Death.

- In this part of the storyboard, we are soon going to be greeted by Death.
Here the three brothers cross the bridge carefully to the other side when they are met with Evil.

- In this part of the storyboard, we are now greeted by Death. Here Death offers each brother a prize for having been clever enough to evade this means by creating a bridge and not drowning. The first asks a wand, the second asks for a stone to resurrect the dead and the third then asks for an invisibility cloak.
- In this section, I stopped at where the first brother requests his wand. I stopped here because I didn't think that I needed to do all of the shots up until where I wanted to stop the animation.
